We are seeking a detail-oriented and welcoming Onboarding Specialist (Junior Level) to support the seamless integration of new hires into the organization. This entry-level role is ideal for HR professionals who enjoy creating positive first impressions and supporting employee engagement from day one. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating onboarding logistics, managing documentation, and ensuring an efficient and engaging onboarding experience.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires including welcome emails, orientation scheduling, and system access setup.
Prepare and collect required documentation such as contracts, ID proofs, and payroll forms.
Act as the main point of contact for new employees during the pre-boarding and onboarding process.
Conduct or support orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies, procedures, and culture.
Maintain and update onboarding checklists and ensure timely completion of all onboarding tasks.
Collaborate with IT, facilities, and relevant departments to ensure equipment and access are provided on time.
Support HRIS data entry for new employee records and ensure compliance with internal standards.
Assist in gathering feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
Ensure that all onboarding activities comply with labor laws and company policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in HR support, onboarding, or administrative roles (internships accepted)
Basic understanding of HR practices, labor law, and employee lifecycle
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS or onboarding software is a plus
Friendly, service-oriented attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
