Key Responsibilities

• Network Design & Implementation: Develop and implement scalable, secure, and efficient network architectures to support organizational growth and operational requirements.
• Network Maintenance & Optimization: Monitor network performance, conduct regular audits, and optimize configurations to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
• Security & Compliance: Implement and manage security measures such as firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex network problems promptly, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, procedures, and incident reports; generate regular performance and security reports for management review.
• Collaboration & Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT support, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams, to deliver integrated solutions and support organizational objectives.
• Technology Evaluation & Upgrades: Stay abreast of emerging networking technologies and recommend upgrades or new solutions to enhance network capabilities.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and support of networking equipment and services.
• Training & Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
