Talent Share is seeking a skilled and dedicated Network Engineer to join our dynamic IT team in the United Arab Emirates. As a Mid-Level Network Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our network systems. Key Responsibilities

• Network Design and Implementation: Develop, configure, and deploy network solutions to meet organizational needs, ensuring scalability and security.
• Network Maintenance and Support: Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
• Security Management: Implement and manage security protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems to safeguard network integrity and data confidentiality.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, updates, and incidents; prepare reports on network performance and security status.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to coordinate network projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure network operations adhere to industry standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest networking technologies, trends, and best practices to recommend enhancements and innovations.
