We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient Mid-Level Mechanical Technician to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment in our industrial operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mechanical systems, hands-on experience with rotating and static equipment, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and safety of plant operations.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, valves, compressors, gearboxes, and piping systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical faults and implement appropriate repair solutions.
Conduct alignment, balancing, and overhauls of rotating equipment as required.
Assist engineers and senior technicians in mechanical modifications, installations, and commissioning of new equipment.
Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and P&IDs to execute tasks accurately.
Provide technical input during shutdowns, turnarounds, or emergency repairs.
Ensure maintenance work complies with technical standards and safety requirements.
Maintain accurate logs of repairs, parts used, and work completed using CMMS.
Support QA/QC activities by documenting measurements, clearances, and test results.
Adhere to all company safety procedures, HSE policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Use proper PPE and report unsafe conditions immediately.
Participate in safety meetings, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.

Technical Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance in the oil & gas, petrochemical, manufacturing, or power generation industry.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
Familiar with tools such as torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, laser alignment tools.
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
OSHA / NEBOSH or other safety training certifications.
OEM equipment training (e.g., pumps, compressors, valves) is a plus.
Certification in rigging or confined space work (preferred).
