We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Mechanical Systems Supervisor with expertise in HVAC and ventilation systems to lead the planning, operation, and optimization of mechanical infrastructure across our facilities. This role involves supervising multidisciplinary teams, driving performance excellence, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards, and championing energy efficiency and system reliability.

Oversee the efficient and reliable operation of all HVAC and ventilation systems, including chillers, boilers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, and exhaust systems.
Utilize BMS and analytics tools to monitor performance, reduce energy waste, and ensure optimal thermal comfort.
Lead root cause analysis for recurring faults and implement long-term corrective actions.
Develop and implement comprehensive preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies.
Manage CMMS workflows and asset lifecycle tracking.
Analyze equipment performance trends to support capital planning and lifecycle replacement decisions.
Ensure all HVAC and ventilation systems meet applicable codes (e.g., ASHRAE, OSHA, local building codes).
Lead internal audits and support external inspections for environmental and safety compliance.
Monitor indoor air quality (IAQ), ventilation rates, and filtration performance to support occupant health and building certification goals (e.g., WELL, LEED).
Supervise a team of HVAC technicians and junior supervisors, ensuring high performance and safety compliance.
Coordinate work with external vendors and contractors, ensuring service quality, cost control, and timely execution.
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the mechanical team.
Lead or support HVAC infrastructure projects including retrofits, system upgrades, and new installations.
Collaborate with engineering and sustainability teams to drive energy efficiency and carbon reduction efforts.
Support technical evaluations and RFPs for HVAC services or capital improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
7–10+ years of progressive experience in HVAC operations and maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Deep understanding of mechanical systems design, operation, troubleshooting, and energy optimization.
Proficiency in BMS platforms, CMMS systems, and HVAC controls.
Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Professional HVAC license or certification (EPA, ASHRAE, LEED AP, or equivalent).
OSHA 30 or equivalent workplace safety certification.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Experience with commissioning and retro-commissioning processes.
