We are hiring a proactive and technically skilled Junior Mechanical Systems Supervisor to oversee and support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of HVAC and ventilation systems. The role includes ensuring optimal performance, regulatory compliance, and occupant comfort across facility mechanical systems, while working closely with senior engineers and technicians.

Team Coordination and Safety Oversight
Monitor and operate HVAC equipment, including chillers, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), and exhaust systems.
Adjust settings for efficiency and comfort using BMS (Building Management Systems).
Support seasonal startup/shutdown and optimization of systems.
Perform or supervise routine maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, lubrication, and coil cleaning.
Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and coordinating corrective actions.
Ensure maintenance activities align with OEM guidelines and safety protocols.
Conduct inspections of ductwork, dampers, exhausts, and supply air systems.
Monitor airflow rates and verify compliance with indoor air quality standards and local regulations.
Support initiatives to enhance air circulation and reduce energy consumption.
Maintain daily logs of HVAC performance, maintenance schedules, and system faults.
Prepare incident and service reports for management review.
Support documentation for internal and external audits.
Work closely with technicians, contractors, and other departments for seamless operations.
Participate in safety briefings and ensure adherence to workplace safety standards.
Assist in training junior technicians and ensuring work permits and risk assessments are in place.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
1–3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC and ventilation systems maintenance.
Knowledge of HVAC system components, operations, and safety procedures.
Familiarity with building automation systems (BMS), chillers, and AHUs.
Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings, schematics, and O&M manuals.
Training or certification in HVAC systems (e.g., EPA, ASHRAE, or local equivalents).
Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of energy efficiency and green building practices.
May be required to work on-call or in rotating shifts.
Work involves both office-based monitoring and on-site supervision.
Occasional exposure to noisy, hot, or confined mechanical spaces.
