Mechanical Supervisor – Valve Section
Overview of the Role
Talent Pool is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Mechanical Supervisor to oversee the Valve Section within our organization. As a Senior-level professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and integrity of valve systems across our projects. You will lead a team of technicians and engineers, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Your expertise will contribute to the reliability and safety of our mechanical systems, supporting the successful delivery of our projects in the AE region.
Key Responsibilities

Supervision and Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of mechanical technicians and engineers within the Valve Section, ensuring high performance, safety, and adherence to company policies.

Maintenance Planning and Execution: Develop and implement maintenance strategies for valve systems, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

Inspection and Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of valve equipment to identify potential issues, ensure compliance with technical specifications, and uphold quality standards.
- Review and approve maintenance procedures and work permits.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for complex valve issues, coordinating with other departments and vendors as necessary.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for management review.

Safety and Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry standards during all maintenance and operational activities.

Coordination and Communication: Liaise with project managers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely availability of spare parts, tools, and resources.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement within the Valve Section.
