The Mechanical Sales Manager – HVAC Systems is responsible for managing sales operations, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for HVAC solutions. This includes packaged units, chillers, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, and ventilation systems in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. The role blends technical expertise with strategic sales execution to achieve business targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies for HVAC systems across assigned markets or sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation, site visits, proposal development, and negotiations to deal closure.
Provide technical support to clients regarding HVAC design, product selection, and system integration.
Respond to RFQs, tenders, and client inquiries with detailed technical-commercial proposals.
Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to align solutions with project requirements.
Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the company’s HVAC offerings.
Track competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities and adjust strategy.
Maintain accurate records using CRM tools, including sales forecasts, client communications, and project pipelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
5–8 years of experience in HVAC equipment sales or MEP project sales.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components (chillers, VRF, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, controls).
Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage large client portfolios.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Existing network of MEP contractors and building consultants.
Familiarity with green building standards (LEED, Estidama, etc.) and energy-efficient HVAC solutions.
Experience in handling high-rise, industrial, or infrastructure-scale HVAC projects.
Willingness to travel for business development and project follow-ups.
