Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing Data Analyst to join our marketing team. In this role, you will support data-driven decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data across various channels. Your insights will help shape campaign strategies, optimize marketing performance, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources including digital platforms, customer surveys, and CRM systems.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.
- Campaign Support: Assist in designing experiments and tracking marketing initiatives to measure ROI and identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure data insights inform strategic decisions.
- Trend Monitoring: Monitor industry trends and customer behavior to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Presentation: Prepare clear, concise presentations to communicate findings and support strategy adjustments.
Skills and Knowledge Required
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Marketing Fundamentals: Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics, campaign performance, and customer segmentation.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and precision in data handling and reporting.
- Programming (Optional): Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Coursework in data analytics, statistics, digital marketing, or market research is highly desirable.
