The Mid-Level Market Research and Insights Specialist will independently manage research projects, analyze market trends, assess competitor strategies, and provide intelligence to guide strategic planning and client targeting. This role serves as a critical link between data insights and the business development team's execution strategy.
Conduct comprehensive market research using qualitative and quantitative methods
Analyze industry trends, market size, customer behavior, and competitor performance
Deliver detailed research reports and executive-level summaries to guide BD strategy
Work with business development and sales teams to define data needs and support targeting efforts
Evaluate market entry opportunities, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation
Use CRM and analytics tools to track performance trends and optimize BD campaigns
Monitor emerging markets, innovations, and disruptions relevant to the business
Present findings to internal stakeholders and contribute to decision-making processes

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
3–5 years of experience in market research, business intelligence, or related roles
Strong proficiency in research tools, analytics platforms, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
Familiarity with CRM systems and B2B sales environments
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple research projects and meet deadlines
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and strategy teams
