The Junior Market Research and Insights Specialist plays a supporting role in identifying market trends, customer behaviors, competitor strategies, and business opportunities. This position involves data collection, report generation, and collaboration with the BD team to improve targeting, positioning, and outreach strategies.
Assist in conducting primary and secondary market research on industry trends, customer segments, and competitors
Compile and analyze data related to sales performance, market size, and customer feedback
Support the development of research reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
Monitor industry news, publications, and competitor announcements to identify emerging opportunities and risks
Maintain and update databases with research findings and business intelligence reports
Collaborate with the BD team to align insights with campaign planning and client acquisition efforts
Support survey execution, interview scheduling, and data validation as needed

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or business development support
Familiarity with research methodologies and tools (e.g., surveys, interviews, online databases)
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data visualization
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for data-driven insights
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced team environment
