    • Ensure minimal downtime through proactive maintenance and problem-solving.

3. Quality & Compliance

    • Ensure manufacturing processes comply with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.

    • Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

4. New Product & Process Introduction

    • Support new product launches by developing and validating scalable and robust manufacturing processes.

    • Participate in design for manufacturability (DFM) and pilot production runs.

5. Documentation & Process Control

    • Develop and maintain accurate manufacturing documentation including SOPs, work instructions, process flow diagrams, and PFMEAs.

    • Standardize work methods and implement best practices across production lines.

Core Responsibilities:

    • Conduct time studies, capacity analysis, and cost estimations for manufacturing processes.

    • Monitor process performance metrics (OEE, scrap rate, cycle time) and report findings.

    • Collaborate with R&D, maintenance, quality, and operations teams to support production goals.

    • Lead and participate in Kaizen events, 5S implementation, and other Lean initiatives.

    • Support capital equipment selection, installation, and process commissioning.
