The Junior Manufacturing Process Control Engineer assists in monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing manufacturing processes through control systems. This role supports the implementation and maintenance of process control strategies to improve product quality, efficiency, and safety.
Assist in monitoring and analyzing process control systems data to identify deviations and improvement opportunities.
Support development and implementation of control strategies for manufacturing processes.
Help troubleshoot process control issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth process operations.
Maintain documentation of control system configurations, process changes, and performance metrics.
Participate in process improvement and automation projects.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all control activities.
Continuously learn and develop knowledge of process control techniques and manufacturing operations.
Process Monitoring & Analysis:
Support real-time monitoring and data analysis to maintain process stability.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in process control or manufacturing engineering preferred.
Basic understanding of control systems, process instrumentation, and automation.
