The Junior Maintenance Planning Analyst supports the maintenance planning activities for Instrumentation and Control (I&C) assets. This role assists in scheduling, coordinating, and optimizing maintenance tasks to ensure reliable operation and availability of control systems and instrumentation equipment.
Assist in developing and maintaining maintenance plans and schedules for I&C assets.
Support data collection and analysis related to asset performance, maintenance history, and downtime.
Help coordinate maintenance activities with operations and engineering teams to minimize production impact.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, spare parts usage, and asset conditions.
Assist in creating and updating work orders and maintenance procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to optimize maintenance processes.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in maintenance planning activities.
Learn and utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for planning and reporting.
Maintenance Planning Support:
Help prepare and update maintenance schedules for I&C systems.
Data Analysis:
Collect and analyze maintenance and asset performance data.
Coordination:
Work with multiple teams to plan maintenance with minimal disruption.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed and accurate maintenance records and reports.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in maintenance planning, asset management, or related roles preferred.
Basic understanding of instrumentation and control systems.
Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with CMMS or willingness to learn.
Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
