Overview of the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, preparing regular reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support the development of promotional materials and communication strategies to promote loyalty programs to existing and prospective customers.
  • Manage customer data related to loyalty programs, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding loyalty programs, providing exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special events, campaigns, and initiatives aimed at increasing customer engagement and program participation.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in loyalty marketing to recommend innovative approaches.
  • Support the administration of loyalty program software and tools, ensuring smooth operation and user support.
