We are seeking a strategic and experienced Learning & Development Specialist (Senior Level) to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of high-impact learning programs that support employee growth, leadership development, and organizational capability. This role will play a key part in shaping learning strategies, building competency frameworks, and driving a continuous learning culture across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in instructional design, leadership development, and enterprise-wide training initiatives.
Design and implement enterprise-wide learning strategies that align with business goals and workforce planning.
Develop and deliver structured training programs including leadership development, upskilling, and compliance training.
Lead the learning needs assessment process in collaboration with senior management and department heads.
Create engaging, competency-based learning content using blended methodologies (e-learning, in-person, microlearning).
Oversee and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure accurate training records and reporting.
Evaluate program effectiveness using analytics, ROI metrics, and feedback, and continuously improve based on results.
Manage learning vendors and external facilitators to deliver specialized training programs when needed.
Support career development frameworks, succession planning, and talent reviews.
Serve as a consultant to HR and business leaders on learning strategy, capability building, and change enablement.
Stay current with learning trends, digital tools, and best practices in organizational development.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
6–8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, including strategic design and facilitation
Strong expertise in adult learning theory, competency modeling, and performance consulting
Advanced knowledge of LMS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Workday Learning)
Proficiency in instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, Adobe Captivate)
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience developing learning frameworks for mid-to-large organizations
Relevant certifications in L&D, coaching, or instructional design (e.g., CPLP, ATD, CIPD) preferred
