We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Learning & Development Specialist (Mid-Level) to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee skills and organizational performance. This role will support talent development initiatives by managing training logistics, facilitating learning sessions, and driving employee capability-building across departments. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in instructional design, learning coordination, and performance improvement solutions.
Design and deliver engaging training programs (classroom, virtual, and blended formats) that align with business needs and employee development goals.
Collaborate with department heads and HR leadership to assess training needs and create tailored learning plans.
Coordinate logistics and communications for training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
Develop and update course materials, handouts, guides, and e-learning content.
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) by enrolling users, tracking progress, and maintaining learning records.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, assessments, and feedback tools.
Support leadership development, soft skills training, and technical upskilling programs.
Ensure training programs are aligned with organizational values, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
Contribute to employee engagement and career development initiatives.
Prepare reports and dashboards on training participation, completion rates, and ROI.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
3–5 years of experience in L&D, training coordination, or talent development
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday Learning)
Experience in delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple training projects and meet deadlines
Certification in L&D, instructional design, or training facilitation is a plus
