Job Title: Learning & Development Specialist (Mid-Level)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Learning & Development Specialist (Mid-Level) to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee skills and organizational performance. This role will support talent development initiatives by managing training logistics, facilitating learning sessions, and driving employee capability-building across departments. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in instructional design, learning coordination, and performance improvement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs (classroom, virtual, and blended formats) that align with business needs and employee development goals.

  • Collaborate with department heads and HR leadership to assess training needs and create tailored learning plans.

  • Coordinate logistics and communications for training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.

  • Develop and update course materials, handouts, guides, and e-learning content.

  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) by enrolling users, tracking progress, and maintaining learning records.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, assessments, and feedback tools.

  • Support leadership development, soft skills training, and technical upskilling programs.

  • Ensure training programs are aligned with organizational values, compliance requirements, and industry standards.

  • Contribute to employee engagement and career development initiatives.

  • Prepare reports and dashboards on training participation, completion rates, and ROI.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in L&D, training coordination, or talent development

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday Learning)

  • Experience in delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple training projects and meet deadlines

  • Certification in L&D, instructional design, or training facilitation is a plus
