Job Title: Learning & Development Specialist (Junior Level)

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Learning & Development Specialist (Junior Level) to support the coordination, implementation, and tracking of training and development programs across the organization. This entry-level role is ideal for HR professionals or recent graduates passionate about employee growth, training logistics, and talent development. The successful candidate will assist in organizing learning sessions, maintaining training records, and helping to enhance the overall learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for training programs including scheduling, registration, materials preparation, and venue/virtual setup.

  • Assist in maintaining training records and employee development data within the Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Support trainers and facilitators in delivering in-person and online learning sessions.

  • Collect and analyze training feedback forms and prepare summary reports.

  • Help create and update training calendars, invitations, and communication materials.

  • Maintain and organize learning resources, documentation, and attendance records.

  • Assist in onboarding-related training activities and employee orientation programs.

  • Work closely with the HR team to identify learning gaps and development needs across departments.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes and employee learning experiences.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 0–2 years of experience in L&D, HR coordination, or training administration (internship/entry-level experience welcome)

  • Basic understanding of learning & development concepts and training processes

  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Attention to detail and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
