Job Summary:

The Senior Lead Generation Team Leader is responsible for leading and optimizing the performance of the lead generation unit, driving strategic outreach campaigns, and aligning lead generation efforts with organizational revenue goals. This role involves mentoring a team, developing outbound strategies, managing data and CRM systems, and collaborating with sales and marketing to maximize pipeline efficiency across key industry sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and manage a team of lead generation specialists to exceed lead volume and quality targets.

  • Define and implement outbound strategies, cadences, and messaging frameworks for targeted industries and regions.

Campaign Oversight & Execution

  • Design and launch targeted lead generation campaigns using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing, and phone outreach.

  • Monitor outreach metrics (open rates, response rates, conversion rates) and optimize based on data.

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Ensure CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) are updated, structured, and utilized efficiently for tracking, scoring, and reporting leads.

  • Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, team performance, and campaign effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to align campaigns with business objectives, product updates, and market trends.

  • Support sales enablement by ensuring high-quality, sales-ready leads are handed off smoothly.

Training & Performance Development

  • Mentor junior and mid-level team members, conduct performance reviews, and lead training sessions on prospecting tools, sales scripts, and objection handling.

  • Identify skill gaps and create development plans to upskill team members.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

  • 6–10+ years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation, including 3+ years in a leadership role

  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), email campaign tools, and prospecting platforms (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha)

  • Proven experience in B2B sales across technical industries such as SaaS, engineering, recruitment, or industrial services

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills

  • UAE/GCC market experience preferred
