The Junior Lead Generation Team Leader is responsible for guiding a small team of lead generation executives in sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing potential sales leads. This entry-level leadership role includes managing daily lead capture activities, ensuring data accuracy in the CRM, supporting the sales pipeline, and maintaining initial engagement with prospective clients across sectors such as engineering, recruitment, or B2B services.
Guide and assist lead generation team members in daily calling, emailing, and follow-up activities.
Monitor productivity and ensure targets for qualified leads are met.
Supervise the identification of potential customers through online databases, social media, and industry platforms.
Oversee qualification of leads based on predefined criteria and escalate warm leads to the sales team.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of all lead data into the CRM system.
Track lead status, follow-up schedules, and conversion outcomes.
Act as a point of contact between the lead generation team and the sales/business development department.
Help draft outreach templates, call scripts, and email cadences.
Provide coaching and onboarding support to new lead generation staff.
Submit daily and weekly reports on team activities, qualified leads, and performance metrics.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales
Prior experience in a support or team coordinator role preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
