We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Instrumentation & Control Sales Engineer to join our industrial services and solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting, specifying, and selling a wide range of Instrumentation and Control (I&C) products and services — including sensors, transmitters, control valves, PLC systems, and calibration/testing services — to clients across industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, Water, and Manufacturing.
This position requires a strong blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen to develop business, support clients, and achieve revenue targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Instrumentation & Control systems and services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with EPCs, OEMs, end users, and contractors.
Understand client requirements, specifications, and processes to propose the most suitable I&C solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, commercial offers, and tender submissions.
Collaborate with internal engineering and service teams to ensure technically and commercially sound proposals.
Visit client sites to conduct technical discussions, surveys, and demonstrations.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s market expansion plan.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, technical support, and after-sales service.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and product developments in instrumentation and control technologies.
Ensure proper documentation, pipeline tracking, and reporting through CRM or internal systems.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Instrumentation & Control, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience: 2–5 years in Instrumentation Sales or Control Systems Sales within industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of:
Process instrumentation (pressure, flow, level, temperature, analytical)
Control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA)
Actuators, valves, transmitters, and calibration systems
Ability to interpret P&IDs, technical drawings, and client specifications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and CRM software.
