The Senior Instrumentation Solutions Specialist leads the design, integration, and execution of complex instrumentation and control systems for mechanical applications, including rotating machinery, HVAC systems, and process equipment. This role involves end-to-end technical leadership, client advisory, system optimization, and mentoring of junior engineers to ensure high-performance, compliant, and cost-effective solutions across industrial projects.
Lead the development and engineering of comprehensive instrumentation systems for mechanical applications (API pumps, compressors, turbines, HVAC, etc.).
Serve as the technical authority for field instrumentation selection, integration, and control architecture.
Review and approve P&IDs, loop diagrams, wiring layouts, and system logic for high-accuracy implementations.
Engage with key clients, EPCs, and project stakeholders to define scope and ensure instrumentation compliance with API, IEC, ISA, and ISO standards.
Prepare and validate technical and commercial proposals for high-value projects.
Oversee project execution phases: design, procurement, FAT, installation, commissioning, and client handover.
Troubleshoot critical performance issues and lead instrumentation audits or upgrade programs.
Evaluate emerging technologies and guide product selection, ensuring best-in-class performance.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and contribute to internal training and capability development.
Advanced instrumentation and control system design

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
7+ years of experience in industrial instrumentation design and control integration
Expertise in rotating equipment, field instrumentation, PLC/DCS integration, and control logic
Proven record of executing instrumentation projects in oil & gas, energy, or industrial sectors
Familiarity with engineering tools like AutoCAD, SPI/INtools, and configuration software
Excellent leadership, technical communication, and project management skills
Willingness to travel for site support, inspections, and client meetings
