Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Supervisor (Senior Level) leads the strategic execution of inside sales operations, manages a high-performing sales support team, and ensures consistent pipeline development and client engagement. The role requires advanced leadership, strong business acumen, and extensive experience in coordinating B2B sales efforts, proposal workflows, and CRM optimization to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Manage and coach a team of inside sales executives to meet lead qualification, conversion, and customer engagement targets.

  • Set and monitor KPIs, enforce sales processes, and conduct regular performance reviews.

Strategic Sales Support & Coordination

  • Oversee the preparation and quality of technical-commercial offers, ensuring alignment with client specifications and business goals.

  • Coordinate with external sales, engineering, finance, and operations for seamless sales execution and handover.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a senior point of contact for key client queries during the early and mid-stages of the sales funnel.

  • Support high-value and strategic account planning with outside sales managers and business development leaders.

CRM & Reporting

  • Drive CRM best practices across the team and ensure complete and accurate tracking of opportunities, activities, and results.

  • Deliver regular sales activity reports, conversion analysis, and lead funnel metrics to senior management.

Process Optimization & Technology Integration

  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales workflow and recommend automation or process enhancements.

  • Lead adoption of tools for lead scoring, email automation, and pipeline management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)

  • 6–10+ years of experience in inside sales or technical sales support roles, with 3+ years in team leadership

  • Proven ability to lead sales support teams in high-volume, B2B environments

  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and proposal processes

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

  • Familiarity with sales workflows in industries like mechanical equipment, IT services, or industrial solutions

  • GCC experience preferred; multilingual skills are an advantage
