The Inside Sales Supervisor (Mid-Level) plays a critical role in managing the inside sales team and driving operational efficiency within the sales cycle. This position is responsible for supervising lead management, overseeing quotation processes, improving CRM utilization, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, marketing, and operations teams. The role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced, B2B sales environment.
Lead and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed KPIs and conversion targets.
Monitor daily sales activities, calls, lead follow-ups, and task completions.
Oversee the preparation of technical-commercial quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Review client requirements and coordinate with product and technical teams for tailored offers.
Support client communication during early-stage sales interactions and qualification.
Manage escalated queries, follow-up commitments, and customer satisfaction tracking.
Ensure consistent and structured use of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) by the team.
Track lead stages, pipeline movement, and prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Identify gaps in sales workflow and recommend solutions to enhance speed and efficiency.
Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align outreach strategies and lead handovers.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering-related field
3–5 years of experience in inside sales or sales coordination, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of CRM tools and inside sales best practices
Experience in B2B sales within industries such as mechanical, industrial, IT, or services preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
GCC market exposure and client engagement experience is a plus
