The Junior Inside Sales Supervisor supports the management of day-to-day operations of the inside sales team. This role involves overseeing a small team of sales representatives, monitoring sales performance, ensuring accurate documentation, and assisting in customer communication. It’s an entry-level supervisory position designed for candidates ready to step into a leadership role while continuing to build strong sales and coordination skills.
Assist in supervising a small team of inside sales reps, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Monitor outbound calls, email campaigns, and follow-ups for quality and performance.
Help assign leads and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
Support the development of quotations, order confirmations, and sales proposals.
Track incoming inquiries and ensure proper handover to business development or field sales teams.
Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Help prepare daily/weekly performance summaries for management review.
Engage with customers to clarify requirements, confirm orders, and support basic post-sale queries.
Ensure high-quality customer experience by maintaining professional communication.
Assist in identifying bottlenecks or delays in the sales support process.
Recommend small improvements in templates, tools, and workflow coordination.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, or related field
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or sales support
Prior team coordination or mentoring experience is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Strong verbal and written communication skills
