Job Summary:

The Junior Inside Sales Supervisor supports the management of day-to-day operations of the inside sales team. This role involves overseeing a small team of sales representatives, monitoring sales performance, ensuring accurate documentation, and assisting in customer communication. It’s an entry-level supervisory position designed for candidates ready to step into a leadership role while continuing to build strong sales and coordination skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Support & Oversight

  • Assist in supervising a small team of inside sales reps, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

  • Monitor outbound calls, email campaigns, and follow-ups for quality and performance.

  • Help assign leads and ensure timely responses to inquiries.

Sales Coordination

  • Support the development of quotations, order confirmations, and sales proposals.

  • Track incoming inquiries and ensure proper handover to business development or field sales teams.

CRM & Reporting

  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).

  • Help prepare daily/weekly performance summaries for management review.

Client Interaction

  • Engage with customers to clarify requirements, confirm orders, and support basic post-sale queries.

  • Ensure high-quality customer experience by maintaining professional communication.

Process Improvement

  • Assist in identifying bottlenecks or delays in the sales support process.

  • Recommend small improvements in templates, tools, and workflow coordination.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or sales support

  • Prior team coordination or mentoring experience is a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail and basic leadership potential
