We are hiring an experienced IT Training Manager to lead the delivery and strategy of our technical training programs. This leadership role focuses on team development, training effectiveness, curriculum alignment, and stakeholder engagement across departments.
8+ years of experience in IT training, with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role
Lead and manage a team of IT trainers and technical instructors
Define training strategy, delivery standards, and KPIs aligned with organizational learning goals
Oversee program rollouts for new employee onboarding, technical upskilling, and certification prep
Collaborate with department heads and L&D teams to identify learning needs and skill gaps
Maintain relationships with external vendors, certifying bodies, and training providers
Monitor training quality, effectiveness, and feedback to drive continuous improvement
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Educational Technology, Learning & Development, or related field
Certifications in instructional leadership, project management, or technical domains (e.g., PMP, CTT+, MCT) preferred
Proven leadership, people management, and strategic planning skills
Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
Experience with LMS administration, training data analysis, and reporting
Technical breadth across IT disciplines such as cloud, security, programming, data
Familiarity with tools like Articulate, Moodle, Blackboard, or enterprise LMS systems
