We are seeking an experienced Senior Hydraulic Valve Design Engineer to lead the design, development, and validation of hydraulic valves and control systems for high-performance applications in mobile, industrial, and heavy-duty equipment. The role demands strong technical leadership, system-level thinking, and a hands-on approach to valve innovation, simulation, testing, and production readiness.
Lead the design and development of complex hydraulic valves: directional, pressure control, flow control, proportional, and electro-hydraulic types.
Drive the engineering lifecycle from concept development, prototyping, and testing through to product release and manufacturing support.
Perform and guide advanced fluid dynamics, stress analysis, and material selection to optimize valve performance, durability, and cost.
Direct root cause analysis, design reviews, DFMEAs, and design validation plans (DVP&R).
Collaborate with manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and suppliers to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM) and cost-effectiveness.
Serve as the technical subject matter expert on hydraulic valve technologies and their integration into broader systems.
Mentor junior engineers, establish design best practices, and contribute to technology roadmaps and innovation strategies.
Interface with OEM customers, global engineering teams, and certification bodies to meet performance and regulatory expectations.
