  3. Preventive Maintenance Execution

    • Lead routine maintenance tasks and inspections to prevent failures and extend equipment life.

  4. Compliance & Safety

    • Maintain adherence to plant safety protocols, EPA guidelines (e.g., refrigerant handling), and equipment maintenance records.

  5. Team Collaboration & Support

    • Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and controls teams to resolve HVAC-related issues efficiently.

    • Provide on-the-job support and knowledge sharing to junior staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with HVAC systems in industrial or plant environments.

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC system components and control systems (including BAS/BMS).

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, HVAC diagrams, and service manuals.

  • Proficient in using HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment.

  • Familiarity with CMMS platforms and reporting tools.

  • Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred).

  • Experience with energy efficiency initiatives or HVAC system optimization.

  • Exposure to Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) such as Siemens, Honeywell, or Johnson Controls.

Work Environment:

  • Industrial plant setting, requiring physical mobility, lifting, and exposure to temperature variations, dust, and mechanical hazards.

  • May involve shift work, overtime, or emergency call-outs depending on plant operations.
