HVAC Technician – Assembly Line Support

Overview of the Role

Talent Pool is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team in AE. This pivotal role involves providing expert support to our assembly line operations, ensuring the seamless installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems integral to our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HVAC systems, demonstrate strong technical proficiency, and exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a key contributor to our production efficiency, the HVAC Technician will collaborate closely with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to uphold the highest standards of system performance and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and Commissioning: Install, configure, and commission HVAC systems and components on the assembly line, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Develop and execute scheduled maintenance plans to prevent system failures, and promptly address any malfunctions or system breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Conduct thorough diagnostics of HVAC systems to identify root causes of issues, utilizing advanced tools and techniques to implement effective solutions swiftly.
• System Optimization: Monitor system performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, energy consumption, and system longevity.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, system modifications, and incident reports, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaboration and Support: Work closely with engineering and production teams to coordinate system upgrades, modifications, and new installations, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all HVAC activities comply with relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
• Training and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior technicians and share best practices to foster continuous improvement and technical excellence within the team.
