Job Title: Senior HRIS Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HRIS Analyst to lead the optimization, integration, and advanced analytics of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role is key to aligning HR technology with business needs, ensuring system integrity, and delivering high-impact data insights for executive-level decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration capabilities, and a proven track record of managing complex HRIS projects and transformations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HRIS subject matter expert, managing system performance, enhancements, and long-term roadmap.
Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of HRIS modules including performance management, talent acquisition, and compensation.
Analyze, design, and automate HR workflows for greater operational efficiency.
Develop and deliver strategic dashboards and reports for HR leadership and senior management.
Manage system integrations with third-party applications and ensure data consistency across platforms.
Provide guidance and training to HRIS users and HR stakeholders on system capabilities and best practices.
Oversee data governance, security protocols, and ensure full compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
Partner with IT and vendors for issue resolution, upgrades, and system innovation initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
5–7+ years of experience in HRIS management with a focus on system configuration, analytics, and stakeholder engagement
Proficiency in leading HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar enterprise systems
Strong background in HR operations, business process mapping, and technical project management
Experience in HR data analytics, visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and database queries (e.g., SQL)
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional projects
Deep understanding of data privacy, labor regulations, and HRIS compliance standards
