Job Title: Junior HRIS Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Junior HRIS Analyst to support the maintenance, optimization, and reporting functions of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy, generating HR reports, and supporting the HR team in leveraging HR technology for efficient operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of HR processes and systems, strong analytical skills, and a passion for process improvement through data and technology.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations of the HRIS including data entry, system updates, and troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within the HR system.
Assist in generating standard and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards for HR and management teams.
Participate in HRIS testing, configuration, and deployment of new system features or upgrades.
Respond to HRIS-related queries and provide support to end-users.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in line with company policies and compliance standards.
Collaborate with IT and HR teams to identify system improvements and automation opportunities.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in HR, HRIS support, or a related administrative/technical role
Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.) is preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive data with integrity and confidentiality
Eagerness to learn and grow in HR technology systems
