Job Title: Junior HRIS Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Junior HRIS Analyst to support the maintenance, optimization, and reporting functions of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy, generating HR reports, and supporting the HR team in leveraging HR technology for efficient operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of HR processes and systems, strong analytical skills, and a passion for process improvement through data and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations of the HRIS including data entry, system updates, and troubleshooting.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within the HR system.

  • Assist in generating standard and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards for HR and management teams.

  • Participate in HRIS testing, configuration, and deployment of new system features or upgrades.

  • Respond to HRIS-related queries and provide support to end-users.

  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in line with company policies and compliance standards.

  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to identify system improvements and automation opportunities.

Key Focus Areas

  • Maintaining accuracy of HR data in the HRIS

  • Supporting HR teams with real-time reporting and system tools

  • Troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues

  • Learning and applying system configuration and upgrades

  • Supporting compliance through secure data management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 0–2 years of experience in HR, HRIS support, or a related administrative/technical role

  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.) is preferred

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive data with integrity and confidentiality

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in HR technology systems
