Job Title: HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking HRIS Manager to oversee the effective use, management, and continuous improvement of our Human Resources Information Systems. The successful candidate will lead HR technology initiatives that enhance data integrity, streamline HR processes, and support business decisions through advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage the organization's HRIS, ensuring system functionality, security, and data accuracy.

  • Lead the implementation of new modules, upgrades, and integrations with other business systems.

  • Act as the main point of contact between HR, IT, and software vendors for HRIS-related matters.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, standard and ad hoc reports, ensuring real-time access to key HR metrics.

  • Train and support HR staff and end-users on system use, troubleshooting issues, and driving user adoption.

  • Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security protocols.

  • Evaluate system performance, identify improvement areas, and recommend or implement system optimizations.

  • Oversee workflows for employee onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, terminations, and other lifecycle events.

  • Document business processes, system configurations, and create standard operating procedures for HRIS operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

  • 5–8 years of experience in HRIS management, including at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role

  • Expertise in systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, BambooHR, or similar platforms

  • Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management

  • Solid knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, UAE PDPL)

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Certifications in HRIS systems, project management (PMP), or HR (SHRM-CP, CIPD) are a plus
