Job Title: HR Team Leader (Senior Level)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced HR Team Leader (Senior Level) to lead a high-performing HR operations team and ensure consistent delivery of strategic and operational HR services. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in HR processes, leadership, and employee relations while driving process optimization, compliance, and workforce engagement. This role acts as a key bridge between HR operations and HR leadership, ensuring policies are implemented effectively and service standards are maintained across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the HR team to ensure smooth execution of daily HR operations.

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.

  • Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and audit requirements.

  • Handle escalated employee relations matters, investigations, and resolution in coordination with HR management.

  • Monitor HR performance metrics (e.g., absenteeism, turnover, time-to-fill) and provide strategic insights.

  • Oversee HRIS management and data accuracy, supporting system upgrades and process automation.

  • Coordinate with payroll and finance departments to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.

  • Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery through SOP development and workflow enhancements.

  • Support talent development programs, performance management, and internal HR communications.

  • Represent HR in internal committees, projects, and cross-departmental collaboration initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred)

  • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role

  • Advanced knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and employee relations practices (UAE/GCC experience preferred)

  • Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

  • Proven ability to handle complex HR issues with discretion and professionalism

  • Track record of improving HR operations, systems, and team performance
