Job Title: HR Supervisor (Senior Level)

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive HR Supervisor (Senior Level) to lead and manage HR operational functions, enforce compliance with labor regulations, and support strategic human capital initiatives. This role is pivotal in overseeing the implementation of HR policies, managing complex employee relations matters, and supervising a team of HR professionals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, process ownership, and a deep understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the HR operations team to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely delivery of all HR services.

  • Oversee the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and ensure alignment with legal and organizational standards.

  • Manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution in coordination with senior management.

  • Monitor and maintain HR documentation, ensuring legal compliance, audit readiness, and data security.

  • Oversee HRIS maintenance, reporting, and continuous improvement of HR operational processes.

  • Collaborate with payroll, finance, and compliance teams to ensure seamless data integration and regulatory compliance.

  • Support the performance management cycle, disciplinary procedures, and staff development initiatives.

  • Mentor and train junior HR staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.

  • Generate advanced HR analytics and reports to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred)

  • 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role

  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR regulations, and HR operational best practices (UAE/GCC experience preferred)

  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

  • Ability to manage sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism

  • Proven track record of improving HR processes and team performance
