We are seeking a reliable and experienced HR Supervisor (Mid-Level) to manage daily human resources operations and lead a small team of HR staff. This role is responsible for overseeing key HR functions including employee relations, documentation, compliance, and HR systems management. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR processes, a hands-on approach, and the ability to ensure HR service excellence across departments.
Supervise and guide HR team members in day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee records, and HRIS updates.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Act as the first point of contact for escalated employee issues, supporting resolution in coordination with senior HR management.
Oversee leave and attendance management, and ensure timely payroll data submission.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR documentation.
Support performance management processes, disciplinary actions, and HR investigations.
Assist in planning and delivering training, employee engagement, and HR development initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and metrics for management use and audits.
Recommend improvements in HR processes, systems, and workflows.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
4–6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role
Sound knowledge of labor law and HR compliance (knowledge of UAE/GCC labor law is an advantage)
Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
