Job Title: HR Supervisor (Mid-Level)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced HR Supervisor (Mid-Level) to manage daily human resources operations and lead a small team of HR staff. This role is responsible for overseeing key HR functions including employee relations, documentation, compliance, and HR systems management. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR processes, a hands-on approach, and the ability to ensure HR service excellence across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide HR team members in day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee records, and HRIS updates.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Act as the first point of contact for escalated employee issues, supporting resolution in coordination with senior HR management.

  • Oversee leave and attendance management, and ensure timely payroll data submission.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR documentation.

  • Support performance management processes, disciplinary actions, and HR investigations.

  • Assist in planning and delivering training, employee engagement, and HR development initiatives.

  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management use and audits.

  • Recommend improvements in HR processes, systems, and workflows.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role

  • Sound knowledge of labor law and HR compliance (knowledge of UAE/GCC labor law is an advantage)

  • Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
