We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Supervisor (Junior Level) to assist in overseeing day-to-day human resources operations. This role supports the HR department by supervising basic HR functions, guiding junior team members, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have foundational HR experience and be ready to take on a leadership-support role to ensure the efficient delivery of HR services.
Support the coordination of daily HR operations including documentation, employee records, and data accuracy.
Supervise junior HR staff in handling administrative tasks such as onboarding, leave tracking, and employee file maintenance.
Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures and ensure adherence across departments.
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to basic HR matters and escalate issues as needed.
Maintain and update HR systems and databases to ensure current and accurate information.
Coordinate with payroll to provide verified attendance and leave data.
Help prepare HR-related reports for internal use and audits.
Support employee engagement and internal communication activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR coordinator or generalist role
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices (UAE/GCC knowledge is a plus)
Familiarity with HRIS systems and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
