We are seeking an accomplished and strategic HR Operations Lead (Senior Level) to oversee and optimize the full spectrum of HR operational functions across the organization. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional HR processes, leading operational compliance, and driving efficiency through systems, policies, and workforce support initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in HR operations, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of labor law, HR analytics, and service delivery excellence.
Lead and supervise the HR operations function, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all administrative HR areas.
Develop, implement, and enforce HR operational policies, workflows, and compliance protocols.
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and documentation.
Oversee HRIS administration, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and optimization of HR systems and tools.
Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws, audit requirements, and internal controls.
Collaborate with payroll, legal, and finance teams to ensure alignment on data processing and reporting.
Mentor and guide HR operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and excellence.
Monitor and report on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount, compliance KPIs) and recommend improvements.
Act as a senior advisor on complex HR operational matters, supporting strategic HR initiatives.
Drive digital transformation and automation within HR operations to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications preferred)
7–10+ years of progressive HR operations experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
Deep understanding of labor regulations, HR compliance, and data protection standards (e.g., UAE Labor Law or local equivalents)
Proficient in enterprise HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and advanced Excel/reporting tools
Strong leadership, project management, and decision-making abilities
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational influence
Proven experience in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in HR services
