We are seeking a high-potential Senior HR Trainee as part of our Leadership Development Track designed to groom future HR leaders. This program targets early-career professionals with strong academic backgrounds and initial HR experience, offering them structured rotations across key HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and HR Strategy. The ideal candidate is ambitious, analytical, and eager to grow into a future senior HR role.
Participate in rotational assignments across core HR functions
Support HR leaders in strategic projects, policy formulation, and talent analytics
Coordinate talent acquisition efforts and assist in onboarding and orientation
Analyze HR metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for leadership decision-making
Engage in employee relations activities and HR communication campaigns
Contribute to organizational development initiatives, learning sessions, and internal audits
Cross-functional HR development

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (MBA/HRM preferred)
1–2 years of internship or junior HR experience
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership potential
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS tools
Eagerness to develop into a senior HR role within 2–3 years
