We are seeking a career-focused HR Management Trainee (Mid-Level Entry) to undergo structured training across core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance. This role is designed for early-career professionals (1–2 years of experience) aiming to advance into independent HR roles. The ideal candidate will support ongoing HR initiatives while gaining real-world exposure to strategic and operational HR practices.
Rotate across various HR units: recruitment, training, payroll, and employee relations.
Assist HR managers in policy rollouts, employee engagement, and performance management support.
Collect and analyze basic HR metrics for reporting and decision support.
Help coordinate onboarding, exit interviews, and internal communication initiatives.
Contribute to HR documentation, audits, and compliance tracking.
Attend leadership sessions and submit periodic performance improvement reports.
