Job Title: HR Management Trainee (Mid-Level Entry)

Job Summary

We are seeking a career-focused HR Management Trainee (Mid-Level Entry) to undergo structured training across core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance. This role is designed for early-career professionals (1–2 years of experience) aiming to advance into independent HR roles. The ideal candidate will support ongoing HR initiatives while gaining real-world exposure to strategic and operational HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rotate across various HR units: recruitment, training, payroll, and employee relations.

  • Assist HR managers in policy rollouts, employee engagement, and performance management support.

  • Collect and analyze basic HR metrics for reporting and decision support.

  • Help coordinate onboarding, exit interviews, and internal communication initiatives.

  • Contribute to HR documentation, audits, and compliance tracking.

  • Attend leadership sessions and submit periodic performance improvement reports.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (MBA/HRM preferred)

  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus

  • Analytical mindset and strong interpersonal communication
