We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern / Trainee (Junior Level) to provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about starting a career in HR. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and general HR administration.
Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes for junior-level positions.
Support the recruitment team in interview scheduling, candidate communication, and follow-up.
Help coordinate onboarding activities and prepare necessary employee documentation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing digital and physical HR files.
Participate in the coordination of internal events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Support day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative assistance to HR staff.
Learn and understand basic HR policies, labor law concepts, and organizational structure.

Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
0–1 year of experience in HR support, internship, or administrative roles

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
