Job Title: HR Intern / Trainee (Junior Level)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern / Trainee (Junior Level) to provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about starting a career in HR. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes for junior-level positions.

  • Support the recruitment team in interview scheduling, candidate communication, and follow-up.

  • Help coordinate onboarding activities and prepare necessary employee documentation.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  • Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing digital and physical HR files.

  • Participate in the coordination of internal events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative assistance to HR staff.

  • Learn and understand basic HR policies, labor law concepts, and organizational structure.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

  • 0–1 year of experience in HR support, internship, or administrative roles

  • Basic understanding of HR functions and interest in developing a career in Human Resources

  • Good organizational and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
