Job Title: HR Compliance Specialist (Junior Level)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Compliance Specialist (Junior Level) to support the organization in maintaining adherence to labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory standards. This entry-level role is ideal for HR professionals with foundational knowledge of HR policies and legal compliance, who are eager to grow within the compliance function. The successful candidate will assist in audits, documentation, and monitoring of compliance-related processes across the HR department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and compliance-related documentation.

  • Support internal audits, labor inspections, and regulatory reporting requirements.

  • Monitor expiration dates of work permits, visas, and employee certifications and coordinate renewals as needed.

  • Assist in the development and communication of HR compliance policies and procedures.

  • Track mandatory training completion, policy acknowledgements, and regulatory filings.

  • Collaborate with HR, legal, and operations teams to ensure alignment on compliance requirements.

  • Stay informed on updates to labor laws and recommend basic updates to policies and practices accordingly.

  • Support the implementation of internal HR controls and process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 0–2 years of experience in HR, compliance, or administrative roles (internship/entry-level exposure acceptable)

  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance principles (UAE/GCC experience is a plus)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems

  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Willingness to learn and grow within HR compliance and regulatory frameworks
