We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Clerk (Junior Level) to support day-to-day administrative tasks within the Human Resources department. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are organized, efficient, and eager to gain experience in HR operations. The HR Clerk will assist with documentation, record-keeping, employee file management, and other clerical tasks essential to the smooth functioning of the HR team.
Maintain and update physical and digital employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in preparing HR documents such as contracts, letters, memos, and employee certificates.
Perform data entry tasks related to employee information, attendance, and leave tracking.
Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews and organizing candidate files.
File and retrieve HR documents in accordance with company policies.
Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Provide clerical support to the HR team for onboarding, offboarding, and other lifecycle processes.
Assist in organizing HR meetings, training sessions, and internal events.

High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role (internship acceptable)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and clerical skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Good communication and interpersonal skills
