Job Title: HR Clerk (Junior Level)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Clerk (Junior Level) to support day-to-day administrative tasks within the Human Resources department. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are organized, efficient, and eager to gain experience in HR operations. The HR Clerk will assist with documentation, record-keeping, employee file management, and other clerical tasks essential to the smooth functioning of the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update physical and digital employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as contracts, letters, memos, and employee certificates.

  • Perform data entry tasks related to employee information, attendance, and leave tracking.

  • Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews and organizing candidate files.

  • File and retrieve HR documents in accordance with company policies.

  • Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and documentation.

  • Provide clerical support to the HR team for onboarding, offboarding, and other lifecycle processes.

  • Assist in organizing HR meetings, training sessions, and internal events.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 0–2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role (internship acceptable)

  • Basic understanding of HR processes and labor documentation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and clerical skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
