We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner (Senior Level) to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning human capital initiatives with organizational goals. This role involves providing expert guidance across multiple HR functions—including workforce planning, organizational development, employee relations, and talent management—while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. The ideal candidate is a proactive HR professional with the ability to influence decisions, drive change, and support a high-performance culture.
Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute people strategies that support business growth and workforce transformation.
Lead workforce planning efforts including talent forecasting, succession planning, and skills development.
Advise on complex employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management systems and development programs.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Recruitment, Compensation, Learning & Development) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Provide data-driven insights through workforce analysis, HR metrics, and risk assessments to guide strategic decision-making.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Coach managers on leadership, communication, and people management best practices.
Contribute to change management initiatives and organizational restructuring processes.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification preferred – CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent)
6–8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a business partner or strategic HR role
Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and corporate governance (UAE/GCC knowledge is an advantage)
Proven experience working with senior leaders in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
Excellent communication, coaching, and influence skills
Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and HR analytics tools
Demonstrated ability to lead HR projects, manage ambiguity, and drive business outcomes
