Job Title: HR Assistant (Senior Level)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and self-sufficient HR Assistant (Senior Level) to provide advanced administrative and operational support across key HR functions. This role is suited for HR professionals with deep experience in employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR leadership, coordinate independently with internal departments, and act as a point of reference for junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and audit employee records, contracts, and documentation in both digital and physical systems.

  • Prepare HR documents including offer letters, promotions, warnings, contract renewals, and exit forms.

  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfer processes, ensuring full documentation compliance.

  • Track and validate employee leave, attendance, and payroll-related inputs.

  • Liaise with PRO teams and government portals for visa, labor card, and legal documentation processing.

  • Respond to employee inquiries on complex HR procedures and escalate policy-related concerns.

  • Generate HR reports on headcount, leave balances, document expiry, and manpower status for HR management.

  • Support internal audits and ensure all documentation complies with UAE labor law and internal HR policies.

  • Train and guide junior HR assistants or interns on day-to-day tasks and HR system use.

  • Assist with organizing HR events, compliance training, and communication campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in HR administrative or assistant roles

  • Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, UAE labor documentation, and internal HR compliance

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho People)

  • Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills

  • High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and support cross-functional HR needs
