We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant (Junior Level) to support day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions. Assist with maintaining employee records and updating HR databases with accurate information.
Support in preparing HR documents such as contracts, letters, memos, and onboarding kits.
Help coordinate interviews, onboarding schedules, and induction activities.
Perform data entry for leave, attendance, and employee status changes.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding forms, policies, or HR procedures.
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Support the recruitment team with resume sorting, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
Assist with planning internal HR events, trainings, and team activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Positive attitude and willingness to learn HR processes
