We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented HR Analytics Specialist (Senior Level) to lead the development and execution of advanced analytics initiatives that drive data-informed HR and business strategies. This role will act as a key advisor to senior leadership by delivering insights across talent acquisition, retention, performance, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in data analytics, HR systems, and business intelligence tools, combined with a strong understanding of HR functions and organizational dynamics.
Design and lead the organization’s HR analytics strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
Partner with HR leadership and executives to identify key workforce trends, risks, and opportunities through data insights.
Develop and manage predictive models for talent forecasting, attrition analysis, and workforce planning.
Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and scorecards for executive reporting using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Lead cross-functional projects to enhance HR data quality, system integration, and reporting accuracy.
Guide the implementation and optimization of analytics features in HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday).
Present high-impact analytics reports to senior stakeholders, offering actionable recommendations.
Mentor and coach junior HR analysts and promote a data-driven culture within the HR team.
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance with applicable privacy laws and regional labor regulations.
Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, and IT teams on workforce cost modeling, budgeting, and performance alignment.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
7+ years of experience in HR analytics, business intelligence, or workforce planning, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
Expert-level skills in data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Strong experience with HRIS and HR data sources (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle, ADP)
Proficient in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and modeling (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations
Strong business acumen and executive communication skills
In-depth knowledge of data privacy regulations and labor law frameworks (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
Proven track record of leading cross-functional analytics initiatives with measurable impact
