We are seeking a skilled and data-driven HR Analytics Specialist (Mid-Level) to develop, manage, and interpret workforce analytics that inform strategic HR decisions and drive operational excellence. This role will work closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights related to talent acquisition, retention, performance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, data visualization expertise, and a deep understanding of HR metrics and systems.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports that track key metrics such as headcount, turnover, time-to-hire, absenteeism, and employee engagement.
Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to HR leadership for decision-making and policy refinement.
Partner with HR and business leaders to identify data needs and deliver customized analytics solutions.
Improve and automate data collection processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy across HR systems.
Support workforce planning, talent management, and compensation analysis with relevant data modeling.
Manage the implementation of employee surveys and interpret results for organizational development.
Prepare visualizations and executive-ready reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy standards, and labor law requirements when handling employee information.
Assist in the integration and optimization of HRIS and analytics tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
3–5 years of experience in HR analytics, HR reporting, or data analysis roles
Strong understanding of HR metrics, processes, and workforce planning concepts
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data sets
Strong communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
Knowledge of data privacy, GDPR, or UAE labor law is an advantage
