Job Title: HR Analytics Specialist (Junior Level)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analytics Specialist (Junior Level) to support the HR team in collecting, analyzing, and reporting workforce data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a passion for data, reporting tools, and human resource systems. The candidate will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to generate insights that drive employee engagement, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and validate HR data from various sources including HRIS, payroll, recruitment, and performance systems.

  • Support in preparing regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards on headcount, attrition, recruitment, absenteeism, and other key HR metrics.

  • Assist in identifying patterns and trends in workforce data to support HR strategy and business decisions.

  • Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

  • Work with HR team members to improve data collection methods and reporting processes.

  • Support survey administration (e.g., employee engagement or satisfaction) and compile results.

  • Assist in creating visualizations and summaries of HR findings for internal presentations and reports.

  • Ensure data privacy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies and relevant labor laws.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field

  • 0–2 years of experience in HR, data analysis, or a similar entry-level analytical role (internship experience acceptable)

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and metrics

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas); familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus

  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

  • Good communication skills and ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders

  • Discretion in handling confidential HR information

  • Interest in HR technology and workforce analytics
