We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Analyst (Senior Level) to lead the development of advanced HR analytics, data-driven insights, and workforce intelligence reporting. This role plays a critical part in transforming HR data into meaningful insights that guide decision-making at the executive level. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR data systems, predictive modeling, and strategic planning support across key HR domains such as talent management, performance, and workforce planning.
Lead the design and execution of advanced HR reporting and analytics strategies across the organization.
Manage large-scale datasets from HRIS, ATS, payroll, and other sources to generate actionable insights.
Partner with HR leadership and business units to define data requirements and deliver customized workforce dashboards.
Perform predictive and prescriptive analytics to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems through regular audits and validation processes.
Develop and maintain HR analytics tools, scorecards, and KPI reports to track key HR initiatives.
Interpret complex data into executive-level reports with actionable recommendations.
Lead benchmarking studies and conduct internal/external labor market analysis.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to HR digital transformation projects involving automation and data integration.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field (Certifications in HR Analytics or Data Science preferred)
6–8+ years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS systems, or business intelligence within HR functions
Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), Excel, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS)
Strong understanding of HR domains such as talent management, compensation, employee engagement, and compliance
Proven ability to present insights to senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions
Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills
Experience with enterprise HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday)
