Job Title: HR Analyst (Mid-Level)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and data-driven HR Analyst (Mid-Level) to provide analytical support for HR decision-making, workforce planning, and performance monitoring. This role is responsible for managing HR metrics, interpreting trends, and delivering insights that help optimize HR strategies and enhance organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR data analysis, systems reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to headcount, turnover, engagement, recruitment, and performance metrics.

  • Design and maintain HR dashboards, scorecards, and visual reporting tools for leadership and department heads.

  • Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance within HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll, LMS).

  • Provide actionable insights and forecasts on workforce trends to support strategic HR initiatives.

  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to define KPIs, reporting needs, and data strategies.

  • Assist in budgeting and workforce planning through predictive modeling and scenario analysis.

  • Support HR policy reviews, employee satisfaction analysis, and compliance reporting (e.g., diversity, attendance, benefits utilization).

  • Participate in HR digital transformation projects, focusing on automation, integration, and process efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field (Certification in HR Analytics or similar is a plus)

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR analysis, data management, or HRIS administration

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

  • Solid understanding of HR metrics, labor law compliance, and workforce planning

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple data streams and deliver clear insights to non-technical stakeholders
